and that was a few years back at blackhead,
i seen baxter flying down the line going right. you could see that guy mikeyo about to dropin on baxter. looked like baxter had no where too go.
baxter the ledge! managed ta push him out of the way to stop the collision. gee it was almost like baxter saved that dude mikeyo's life.

Shayne Baxter is a vile human. Anyone who has the experience of surfing with him but does not know him personally can back me up on this one, especially Dunedin locals. He has no respect for other surfers and uses intimidation and physical and verbal abuse to ward off others in the surf. Although him and his buddies might not know it, there are a lot of surfers who dispise the guy. I'm only one of several dunedin locals who have had a run in with him. He assaulted me and ran over my board and broke the fin. I reported him to the police and found out he has a criminal record. It makes me sick to see him in NZ surf media, this is not someone anyone should have to look up to.
